next quarter also will profit because schools start paying them fees.1st quarter they dont yet pay because of holiday and etc.they started to pay in 2nd quarter.just i cannot hold any longer because i want to get into goreng counter by next week or next 2 weeks.hehehe.actually edu stock is just about time.
Education in Malaysia based on 2002 statistic. As of the early 2000s, there were 5,407 Malay primary schools with 2.2 million students, 1,284 Chinese primary schools with 623,000 students, and 526 Tamil primary schools with 90,000 students
But on my research , after all proposals approved and implemented. Meaning the fund raising on hand. From there within 1 to 2 months price will be 0.20 - 0.25.
According to my research estimated time , AGM ( with annual report) should be called with 1 to 2 months. Only mention to change constitution The Board of Directors of Eduspec Holdings Berhad ("EHB" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
but I think they will also add other proposal like for multiple proposal.
All within 1 to 2 months. end August 2019
Then implement proposal and received monies such issuance of up to 600,000,000 new 2% cumulative redeemable convertible preference shares in Eduspec at an issue price of RM0.10 each (“Proposed Issuance of RCPS”); By end of September
Then one month form then .... price should be ( predicted only) 0.20 cents
Then next is Free warrants after price reach 0.20 cents .. shoot to 0.30. Actually I agreed with many forecast of EDU reach 0.30 cents.
Further form here is ... The joins venture of Edu and Sharp ... implement in 100 classroom in Penang in Dec 2019 ... Edu wll reach 0.45.
If successful as above .... implement in other states one by one. For every state implemented add 0.10 cents ...2 to 3 years .... 1.45 to 1.80 .
So I agreed with TKLIM but Edu price by then 2 to 3 years is RM1.45 and above.
This week ..... mmmmm if Education Minister meet TM ....add 0.03 cents.
Soon the teacher association of Malaysia Or any persatuan guru malaysia especially persatuan guru STEM Malaysia members of guru will be buying to Edu soon many more teachers will start buying into Edu Then most teachers in Malaysia buy in Edu If not buy yet .... what are waiting for tell our teacher friend relative teacher cousin teacher about edu spec Join here or visit Edu spec website I spend one hour read line by line
EDU spec should conduct a roadshow T M encourage oversea student to study in Malaysia and overseas student already use to STEM learning ....
So maybe Shahrul us right .. Maybe or hopefully headline tomorrow Education Minister to meet TM regarding School STEM Robotic learning if we want to get oversea student to study in Malaysia
Our editor friend here something to think about Our edu management .. when is the next EDU roadshow.. start with Shah Alam
on the conservative note....Eduspec target price 0.37 ...therefore as the rule of the thumb Warrant price is normally 70% of the mother's price...0.26....Akan datang
The Star Online Sunday, 21 Oct 2018 STEM literacy for industry 4.0 Malaysia’s STEM initiative
Most technical problems can be solved with the application of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
But most importantly is having the people behind the technologies with the foresight and interest to connect the dots and innovate.
This is the vision of the STEM initiative in Malaysia. The initiative is ultimately tasked with providing a pipeline of students that will eventually fill the one million new STEM careers that Malaysia will need by 2020. These jobs include doctors and technicians as well as careers of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, such as data scientists and programmers.
The initiative looks at more ambitious targets beyond raising a generation of future innovators and technopreneurs; it seeks to create a tide that lifts all boats and inculcate a STEM mindset in every Malaysian student.
The Education Ministry also believes that a core of STEM literacy and the values and approaches from a STEM education are integral in life and career, even outside of STEM.
This goal of embedding STEM knowledge and skills in all students is best reflected in a prominent global movement that Malaysia is part of – STEMforALL. It represents the philosophy that a STEM education is relevant and beneficial to all, regardless of gender, socio-economic status or even ability.
This is the direction that our Education Ministry is taking – providing quality STEM experiences to students across the country.
Yes Article above is not about Eduspec but
Do you think Eduspec indirectly qualified for above ? What are the chances Eduspec projects will be part of Education Ministry plan for above ? What about starting STEM education at primary and secondary school in Malaysia.
Anyone finish reading Eduspec website line by line to understand who they are and why i think Eduspec projects and model in STEM education fit the above article starting at at primary and secondary school in Malaysia. No wonder Sharp and Eduspec is working together side by side.

that's why i said need to re-think about this counter.if really good directors are the first one who should have accumulate this stock.but until now,not even one director has accumulate their company stock.so it seems so weird to me.
It's entirely possible directors are accumulating through others. Average volume has increased considerably last few months. I sincerely doubt that is attributed to retailers as only 1% of the retail market even knows EDUSPEC exists.
9 August 2019 AGM Those going to AGM please support all resolution. Then come under AOB ask Whether proposal announce will be discuss and approved by shareholders at the same time or have to call another EGM . If yes what date.
Now we know the AGM date tomorrow Should cross 5 millions shares break 0.04 cents
PETALING JAYA: The contract between 1BestariNet and the Education Ministry to provide Internet access and a virtual learning environment (VLE) to schools nationwide ends on June 30.
In a statement on Thursday (June 27) the Education Ministry said three companies – Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Celcom Axiata Berhad and Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd – will take over as Internet service providers for schools from July 1.
It added that when phase 2 of the 1BestariNet service expires, schools would switch to Google Classroom as the VLE platform in place of Frog VLE.
"The three companies will provide Internet connection to several divisions in the ministry and to 266 Teacher Activity Centres nationwide," it said.

"The ministry would then choose a new service provider beginning Jan 1, 2020 after carrying out evaluations," it said.
Since 2012, 1BestariNet has assisted the ministry in providing Internet services and VLE applications to some 10,211 schools nationwide.
The ministry also noted that most of the 10,211 schools would receive Internet services as early as July 1.
Several schools, especially those in the interior areas of Sabah and Sarawak, will experience a slight delay, which will be solved before the end of July.
The ministry also noted that since 1BestariNet Phase 2 will be ending, it would use the Google Classroom learning platform instead of the Frog VLE.
"Based on the feedback received by the ministry, the move is for the benefit of teachers and students," it added.
1BestariNet was introduced in 2011 by the ministry under a 15-year project that will cost RM4.077bil to complete.
However, it was reported that various complaints on the project were highlighted in the Auditor-General's Report and Parliament's Public Accounts Committee in 2013 and 2014.
The problems reported include delays in installing Internet services, the lack of a project committee, poor broadband access, and the ministry's failure to properly research schools' needs.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
