I think I read the proposal it a separate issue. Free warrants is one proposal and RCPS is another proposal. Two different issue. I conclude no need to subscribe to RCPS ( which is a private issue)
not public and still get free warrants.

Some please confirm.

Yes possible 10 sen on next Tue or surprise 10 sen on Friday after meeting start at 10.00 am and folllow by EGM at 11.00 pm. Then all happy happy go lunch. Afternoon after break surprise reach 10 sent
