Those who take the PP are fund manger . What they looking at is the future earning n the percentage of the return . Which fund want to invest million at .32 n sell at 34cts ? It doesn't make sense right . If I will the fund manager , I wont take up the pp unless the management can convince me that the company future earning n the money I invest are properly handle ( not for paying debt etc ) .

@1lottrade, you Can Not just simply post something without any logic substance , when a PP is approved by the BOD and offer to the fund market , there are certain conditions set for both offeror and investors . It is a fund market norm for PP to come with a PROFIT GUARANTEE within certain timeframe and the PP investors will execute DUE DILIGENCE to ascertain the said company's financial position and other forensic comparison such as RISK VS REWARDS before a decision can derived . As for the Offeror , a moratorium period ( PP takers are NOT ALLOWED to dispose the PP within certain agreed period in the contract ) will be imposed to the PP buying party . PP are only offer to institutional investor not to any Tom , Dick or Harry , so to just plug from the air that PP investors sold within days after placement is a BLATANT LIES !
