New group of substantial shareholders buying to push up while the old group of major shareholders/directors selling to push down the price n I really don't know why. By right all of them should compromise n think of ways to build the company so that it can become profitable. This is my opinion only. No offence.

It's the silence of the new gp tat makes all uncomfortable in this edgy market. Jus got to evaluate ur own investment(s) & exposure - 4 me, jus bought another 100k shares at 0.105 Friday. Refer to my earlier posting on 21Aug, I did say that old shareholders will be 'transferring' out their holdings.

Accounting - to wipe clean 100% accumulated losses of the previous years so that can start 'fresh' from ground zero - to accumulate profit....or more losses LOL. U can refer to their announcement on this rationale, I think early part of this year.

Reduce par value,accumulated loss of 17m will be cleared from the balance sheet and this will be good for the company in the debt market.Let us wAit for their 2Q announcement My bet is they will announce a profit.
