Never try to play contra especially those new listing warrants and pa. Normally those who subscribed to it will dispose most of their holdings within a few weeks after the listing.

So lets say mother stand 0.8, in what price range of PA conversion will immediate gain? The answer is 0.005 - 0.02. I believe banker will keep press down the price of mother and force PA holders to sold at very cheap price to them. They will only push up mother when accumulation finish. Same to WD, 0.035 is = mother 0.835 which is overpriced and high premium

But the question is PA NOS = 2.020b, WD NOS = 3.066b. Let say for banker to take control of 50% of each. Given 50m volume trade for PA and given 150 m volume trade for WD daily, PA takes (20.2) 20 trade days and WD takes (10.22) 10 trade days.

Fintec and Credit Suisse already bought Focus since 2013/2014. If they want to sell all no need to wait until today, right ? They're long-term investors not opportunists. Focus already transform to become a F&B company with many business associated with we'll know companies involved in F&G like Overseas and Lambo. Look at their qr reports. Money in the bank is much more than other more expensive counters.

Focus-wd only 3.5 cents and if I buy 1000 lots with investment of RM35k then I can easily earn 5k just sell at 4 cents.

The warrant will only expired in Nov 2025, so I'm 100% sure within the 5 years trading in bursamalaysia, one day it will go up to 4 cents or maybe even higher.

Since wd is free warrant sponsored by company to shareholders who own 6 existing shares for 1. Regardless of the price they sell, they still profited without loss. The only different is big gain or small gain. I believe warrant will move up after those bankers finish accumulate 80-90% of warrant NOS. My calculation since listed date up till today, 50% has sold in open market.

The Preference Shares (0116 PA subscribed at RM0.055 each), is a really/very long term one, expiring in 10 years, convertible to OS at RM0.55 ( Exercise Ratio 10 : 1).

These Warrants 0116WD , given FREE to attract the ICPS, 3 for each 6, is like the sweetener,

NVM, why the Warrants Exercise Price is RM0.80 each (got confidence the Ordinary Shares can reach above RM0.80 in the future?),

so, U could right if you think that the 5-year FD in the bank may not be as good as holding these Warrants for the next some months/years..
