fundamental strong. Price will catch up slowly. Same thing will happen if fundamental poor price will drop. PE is <10 price too cheap now.

VIS is similar with PENTA. Now PENTA forward PE about 6.75, so I think VIS also deserves 6.75 since their business almost same and also in net cash position.

Long and short term borrowings : 2.825 mil
Current cash in hand : 10.566 mil
