Pursuant to Rule 9.03 of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Privasia Sdn. Bhd. (“PSB”) had on 26 July 2021 officially received an award from Redberry Contact Centre Sdn Bhd (“Redberry”) for the Contract to supply Technology and Managed Services to Redberry Contact Center Sdn Bhd’s call centre operations. PSB have accepted the award on 4 August 2021.

Details of the announcement is as per the attachement.

This announcement is dated 4 August 2021.


SALIENT TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
a. Redberry awards PSB a technology and managed services contract to supply business outsourcing services.
b. The awarded contract from Redberry to PSB is valued at a ceiling price of RM6,172,757.00 (exclusive 6% Sales and Services Tax).
c. The duration of the contract is for a period of one (1) year and not subject to renewal

264million in total this contract 6million just a part loa finalized with redberry. They already got a lot of prominent client with glc and so on westport fgv berjaya umw (also up alot recently) And webinar yesterday thousand company join. Then u just want to wait news after news sales after sales profit after profit. Or buy this rumour time one by one being realized with their good system and product

Nothing was expected to change with yesterdays announcement of a contract award. It is only a small contract. However, people like michaellee3 continue to try and ramp Priva up with false information and expectations, just ignore. Putting that aside, Priva does seem to be gathering some momentum, if they can keep it up, perhaps the prospects are good.
