Priva has an order book worth RM 69m as at Q2 ie end of June 2021. In August, won more contracts awards and the order book has increased to RM 83.7m as at 4 Aug 2021

QR, not too bad la. Bank loans and borrowings is small. Revenue is OK. Gross profit is OK. Cash balance in bank is OK. So overall is OK. Order book is about RM 83 m as at Q3

Priva has already peaked its Wave 1 and retracing in Wave 2. Elliot Wave based on Fibo Extension is predicting that t will reach between 0.110 to 0.120 before rebound to Wave 3 which maybe reaching 0.355 maximum

This agreement of 60% shares of SESB ( formerly called SASB) was first agreed upon on 16 February 2021 with a nominal value of RM 1.00. Privanet shall be responsible for the capital requirement. Henceforth, by terminating the agreement, Privanet can reallocate its resources to other businesses within the Group.

Thanks B4b4 on the update on the SA of SESB. Some update on bank balance ie FD is RM 8,478, 524 and cash at hand RM 2,105,151. Current term loans is RM 1.3 m and non current term loans is RM 6.0 m
