Be patience. The fact that it keep staying around $1.28 to $1.30 meaning that it is well supported. I believe some the next Q results would be much better and will trigger an upgrade to the share price.

The next uptrend is likely to be afer the next result annoucement. According to my frecast, I suspect some of the revenue was help back from the last quarter. I am expecting a much better result in the up coming quarterly result annoucement. Hopefully the market would upgrade this counter immediately after the release of next Q results. In the mean time I am sitting under the coconut tree collecting

From my experience, it is extremely difficult to get it. It normally take several years to get it. Small delay is normal. It is also very normal for this sector to practice single source, means very difficult for second guy..
