It is good to hv a shake-out from time to time to weed out the weak speculators so that the uptrend can be sustained over the medium term without the panicky price fluctuations caused by the weak buyers!

Normally if nothing adverse after UMA the share will resume its upward trend. I expect them to say that they have nothing to report. So long as the coming Q EPS is 6 to 7c the share price will fly again.

I just flew from Sydney to Singapore yesterday and I started to pay attention to the LED light used in the plane. There are quite a few LED lights in a plane. The margin for the plane LED is expected to be very high as I was involved in the airline business some years back. I would expect it to be the same. The trick is getting the contracts. I do not think the company would blindly go into it without doing some research and knowing that they can compete in that area.

Aduh, there is so many led maker in the world why see the airplane bright light gonna do with this counter??? @Ex-CFO. Obviously ur account like use to hype things up only. Compared to penta, jhm pretty much priced in with nearly 400% in 1 year. Pe at 25, quite reasonable range for manufacturing technology company. Further then that is purely speculative

Fundamentally, bonus issue doesn't create any additional value to the stock. It's just a stock split exercise to bring the share price down to a more affordable level. But psychologically, there are some feel-good & beneficial effect of upside potential fr a lower stock price.
It would be interesting to see the market reaction this morning as it would tell how much of this perceived benefit has been reflected in the recent price surge.

The bonus issue is positive for the company. They are trying to bring the price down to encourage participation and increase the pool of shares that are avaiable for trading.
