KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 14): Frontken Corp Bhd chairman and managing director Ng Wai Pin acquired 500,000 shares in the mechanical engineering services provider on the open market last Friday (Aug 11).
Today, Frontken told Bursa Malaysia that Ng acquired the shares at 31 sen each. After the purchase, he owned six million shares or 0.57% in Frontken, according to Frontken.
At Bursa Malaysia, Frontken shares rose 2.5 sen or 8% at 12:30pm to settle at 33 sen, for a market value of RM335.35 million. The fifth most active stock saw some 19 million shares traded.
I think its the impact on shareholders when the shareholder buys instead of the amount compared to the volume traded. Only god knows what the director is thinking, he could be accumulating for long term, he could be wanting to raise investor confidence/lure them in or he could just be doing it for short term profits.
bro thinkfirst, tak mau beli tak mau ka ka cau cau. ni bukan langit lagi. kau tak beli sekarang, you kesal selama-lama nya sebab ayam tua nak kasi stock ini tuju langit. Ki ki ki....
good for u. but honestly, people who brags they make money in stock market are usually the ones who actually lost money. who much have u lost previously thinkfirst?
U ask i tell you, i lost very big money in 1996 market crash, start enter again only 2016 , my first making counter Hibiscus push me up, then dnex push me up again, then Leweko give very little if not because of QR not good that time my paper profit more then 200k but when QR out price drop come back to buying price. Hibiscus entry price only 0.27sold above 0.40 and Dnex 0.31 sold 0.53. That why I jump back to dnex. My style is if bad news come to market i will sell and out. Even now I still very care full about NK, any bad news I will run . ha ha
SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea offered a glimpse into its plans to fire missiles near Guam in photos released by its state media on Tuesday, as leader Kim Jong Un was briefed on the plans drawn up by the army amid heightened tensions with the United States.
Kim was seen holding a baton and pointing at a map reading "Strategic Force's Firing Strike Plan", which showed a flight path for the missiles appearing to start from North Korea's east coast, then flying over Japan and ending near Guam, as Pyongyang announced last week.
This Kim Jong-Un's education level is really Form Five going Form 6........1mm error on his map, his ICBM actually hit Australia ( no wonder yesterday-- Aussie Premier said he is ready )
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
