Sunway upgrading their IT system that save them millions. Using IBM system. Formis (now omesti) is one of IBM partner in Malaysia. Omesti have 53% in dgsb.

（吉隆坡5日讯）Omesti（OMESTI，9008，主板科技组）在公开市场，脱售60%持股子公司DGSB（DGSB，0131，创业板）的9500万股，入账1190万5407令吉。
平均每股12.53仙
该公司向马交所报备，在2月27日至昨天，以平均每股12.53仙的价格，脱售相关股权，这批股权相当于DGCB的7.01%股权。
在完成售股后，Omesti持股由60.03%，降至53.02%，或7亿1892万3401股。
文告指，Omesti在股权脱售交易中，净赚479万6264令吉，相关资金将用作偿还贷款，以及用作营运资本。
DGSB主要业务为整合商业方案供应商，主要为通讯以及企业公司提供软体方案服务。
截至去年3月底，DGSB净资产值大3786万7845令吉，为Omesti贡献160万2844令吉净利。

Omesti used to held 60.03%, so once reduce it easy to do buyback share at later stage. Last AGM BB already approved.
