On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 338,969,273 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in DGSB together with up to 338,969,273 Warrants at an issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every four (4) existing DGSB Shares together with one (1) free Warrant for every one (1) Rights Share subscribed at an entitlement date to be determined later by the Board.

Eh, I think a lot of ppl is holding on 0.055, just i x confident enough whether it will rise near to 0.10 or just let it gone at 0.055, but now it climb 2 sen within 2 days, n only left 2 month to go to exercising the right share proposal, bought on 0.07 seem like late oldy, but i think it wont drop back to 0.055, make the right issue project fail on jan 2014...

Buy back 10% which already approve will involving 135,587,709 shares. So popular thinking is price may reach 0.250 plus speculation buy n holding. This counter is showing clear indication no need sakit kepala to know why price surge.........this is free ride liao...ikut saja sure making $$$$

Buyers n sellers still in holiday mood - deepavali on saturday, tomorrow awal muharram. Long holiday liao......fundamental buy always slow but steady, speculative buy sky rocket but cepat crash. Look at Flonic a few weeks ago.
