@whistlebower99 please check out my comment on your recent blog..
You do have a point and assuming the share private placement has been completed (at 25c before share split) and warrants has been sold (at 11c each), their cost price now would be around 6c-7c. But disposing 106m or after split, 212m shares to public wouldn't be easy and it make sense the price was raised to 80c before it came down all the way at 8c and lower now. But my query is that XOX parent share has not been sold off yet and their avg price is at 15c.
So will XOX record a sale as a paper loss but they gain money from this private share placement via their 3rd party machine (assuming here), or will this private share placement team push the price again once more to have XOX release their shareholding (92m shares) and compensate their gains with this short losses or are they actually in accumulation mode due to the Techninier dealing which is still in review stage after 6 months (highly likely not to happen - doesn't make sense why it takes so long when Techninier doing well with esukan gg etc.)..
Furthermore, somewhere in early June, 100m shares were traded when average shares trade was around 9m .. so it tells that they still have a sum that has not been disposed yet.. your views please, thanks.

吉隆坡15日讯）周一（16日）开始，在第一阶段国家复苏计划区的11项经济活动获准重新开放营业！

首相丹斯里慕尤丁发文告指出，由于意识到经济领域迟迟不开放将影响私人界及员工生计，因此政府同意从 8 月 16 日（周一）开始，让11项经济活动重新复工。

获准复工的经济活动及领域计有:
1. 洗车店
2. 电器和电子商店
3. 存放家居用品和厨具
4. 家具店
5. 运动器材专卖店
6. 汽车配件店
7. 汽车配送销售中心
8. 仅限早市和农贸市场
9. 服装、时装和配饰店
10. 珠宝店
11. 理发店和美容中心/沙龙（基本理发服务只要）

不过，他指出，有关宣布仅落实在成人疫苗接种率达50%的州属，而想要享有这些方便的人也必须得完成两剂疫苗的注射。期间，他就以巴生谷为例指出， 该区18岁以上的接种率已经达到64.7%， 因此可以获准重启11项经济活动。

他表示，届时，民众得出示数字证书，证明自己已经完成接种2剂疫苗。

“我再次提醒，完全接种的意思是注射第二剂双剂型疫苗后的 14 天，而单剂疫苗则是 28 天后才算完成。”

他也说，进一步详细指南，他将会在近期宣布。
