The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by Foong Chee Meng and Tan Chien Li, vide the letter dated 13 November 2015 issued by Messrs Foong & Partner, that the Meeting Documents have been handed-over to Kang Choon Leu @ Kang Chee Sim (“Kang”). Kang is one of the 10 shareholders of the Company who called for the EGM.

In this regard, the Company has, on 18 November 2015, vide its solicitors, filed an originating summons against Kang for having possession of the Meeting Documents and the recovery of the same.

Notwithstanding the above and after consultation with the legal advisers, the Company will still carry on the legal proceedings against Messrs Foong & Partners.

The Originating Summons is not expected to have any material financial and operational impact on the Company. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made in compliance to the relevant listing requirements in due course

This announcement is dated 7 December 2015

So chaang call yap to sell, yap call bos for decision. Bos no decision ask Yap yak-si-lah, so he panic sell shares without knowing its insider trading. So who's fault? Kang? Chaang? Yap? The bos after holiday will bail them all out or ask them yak-ji-kei (eat-themselves)?

this bursakingcross started to write so many entries about the wrong doing of yap. which make me curious why he only started his write up since 1st of Dec.

in his blog he mentioned a lot about some senior investment manager, some close friend of yap, some remiser of wrong doing party are alleging the wrong doing of yap. why is this bursakingcross having so many friends nearby yap's party? while himself is writing up stories about the wrong doing of yap. don't you all feel weird?

what he wrote could be some make up stories from bursakingcross himself. believe or not is up to all readers out there. but what is for sure, is that this guy, who wrote up all these stories, could be the same group of people who keep promoting some same blog again and again, creating different new account and spinning the stories.

- Delay in submission of the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2015 (Third Quarter Results)
Pursuant to Rule 9.28(3) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company wishes to announce that it is unable to submit its Third Quarter Results by 30 November 2015 (“Timeframe”) to Bursa Securities as required under the Rule 9.22(1) of the ACE LR due to the loss of data following the recent break in of Wintoni’s office and more time is required for the Company to seek third party opinion on the Third Quarter Results.



The Company also wishes to inform that it is aware of the provisions contained in Rule 9.28(5) of ACE LR that, if Wintoni fails to issue the outstanding Third Quarter Results within five (5) market days after the expiry of the Timeframe (the last day of this five (5) market days period is referred to as “Suspension Deadline”), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of Wintoni. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline and will be uplifted on the market day following the issuance of the outstanding Third Quarter Results unless otherwise determined by Bursa Securities.



If Wintoni fails to issue the outstanding Third Quarter Results within five (5) market days after the expiry of the Timeframe, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of Wintoni with effect from 8 December 2015.



In view of the above, Wintoni is in the midst of finalising the outstanding Third Quarter Results and is expecting to submit its Third Quarter Results to Bursa Securities by 31 December 2015.

as you can see, those who bash yap here, have their nick/account created not long ago. which means they are not dare to expose their own real identity. people buy the share as they trust the company or the men behind. if they are trying to help people over here, they wouldn't be so rude creating stories and bashing people like what they did.

what kind of fact did they provide? I'd been following and reading their finding/blog time to time, but none of that matches with any facts they provided.

I believe those who bash yap's party, are not coming out of kind heart that wish to help people here, but to create diversify to protect their own boss which I personally think is tey's group.

anyway this is my own opinion, believe it or not, time proves it.
