Not 6 months. Until Wintoni submit their 4th QR for the FY2016. The 6 month extension is the added period for Wintoni to submit their regularization plan to Bursa.

http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed-companies/company-announcements/5374561 the resumption of trading announcement not yet though. If you scroll through their history..in Feb 2016, the resumption of trading was announced after they submitted their delayed QR. There was one time, it was resumed after 2months. So it's up to Bursa now that Wintoni has done their part.

The holland board of directors propose some holland business.

Some 20 shares becomes 1 share kind of holland plan and par reduce to 5 sen after consolidate, so if you hold 1,000 5sen shares becomes 50 new shares. 5 sen becomes RM1, RM1 becomes 5 sen.

Means if you invest RM10,000 buy 2 sen (assume ever listed again) has 500,000 shares, the jokers consolidate your shares become 25,000 shares, and price adjust to 5 sen, means your investment value becomes RM1,250 if lucky. If holland plan fails it becomes zero.

Some other holland plan even worst simply dilute all shareholders.

Mates. Shoot at the directors at will. Complain to Bursa.

Not PN17 case also die. Look at Hubline.

Hollandship, do you have the link to the said announcement? We don't use par value anymore. So most probably, based on what you said, if it was true, they'll go with share capital reduction before consolidation. Which is not a bad move. It's a good move to clean their account of any losses and preparing the company for a 'new leaf'.

Any news is bad news now. MOU to dlitute all shareholders. Look at the directors, all headless puppet expect shareholders to vote self death penalty. NTA zero means 50 shares consolidated becomes 1 also not enough.

If 3c means after consolidate becomes rm1.50 per shares then par reduction again becomes 5c. Price drop from RM1.50 to 5c.
Means buy 3c now even drop to 0.5c also "too expensive".

Those cannot sell shares stuck high price, writes to Bursa sue the directors for killing minority shareholders.

There's no par value to a stock. It's not used in Malaysia anymore. Effective Jan 2017. Premium paid for paid up shares, before enforcement period can be used by the company to clear losses.
Share capital reduction does not affect the number of your shares.

Consolidation does affect and I know what consolidate is. Now wintoni stands at 513 million shares, assuming 5 to 1 consolidation, that would be about 103 million shares after consolidation.
Lets say they want to raise fund by placing another 200-300 mill shares at 0.1 per share, they would get RM20 million that can be used for future growth and you'll be left with 300-400 mill shares again and temporary dilution of the consolidated price. If the company has solid turn around plan, this should be nothing to worry about.

But you have every right to be worried because, so far nothing concrete has been shown by the company. Delayed QR more than twice.

I don't own any Wintoni. But I'm on always on the look out for company that's making a comeback since I can get reasonable position at cheap price.

This is a goreng stock...High Risk high return stock....don't cry if you buy at a high price. Waiting to be delisted unless the regularisation materialized. So it is a gamble...either win or burst.
