The case already been heard at court of appeal on 31 of may 2018.. and the decision of the high court was unsure/ mislead.. therefore the court of appeal decided to hear the case again at 16 of July.. looks like it will be our win this time since there’s a change in government ..

“Meanwhile, during the attendance for the case management of the above application after hearing the Appeal, the Court was informed that the High Court’s grounds of judgment is still not ready and as such, the Court fixed 16 July 2018 as the next case management date.” Dated 1 Jun 2018
