There’s no petition done by the boards of directors recorded to winding up company. That’s is y it’s invalid as it breached company act

Creditor is Syed Ibrahim & Co. the same lawyer Mak Lin Kum who rob Iretex and R&A. Anyone stuck with R&A will know who is Sim Keng Siong. Mak's friend, who pretend justice but acually taking benefit from R&A white knight. White Bunny to be more precise.

Further to the announcements made on 20 October 2017 and 31 October 2017, the Company wishes to announce that the Court has dismissed Cheah Kwong Lee’s (“Applicant / Contributory”) application to set aside the winding up order dated 17 August 2017 with costs to be paid by the Applicant / Contributory to Messrs Syed Ibrahim & Co (“Petitioner”) and the Liquidator of the Wintoni Group Berhad (In Liquidation) (“Respondent”). The Court also put on record that the injunction order dated 3 November 2017 is discharged or dissolved.



This announcement is dated 08 January 2018.
