if take @haku example
the warrant price should be 1.55 - 1.16 = 0.39
if u hold 1000 u get MYR390!

if mother close 7, af bonus mother become 1.75
warranrt exe price is 1.16
warrant price will be 1.75-1.16=0.59 or more depending on the premium market willing to pay.

The formula to calculate is like this :

(last cum price x 1.0)+(warrants exercise price x free warrant ratio)
_________________________________________________________________________
(1.0 + bonus issue ratio + free warrants ratio)

Assume last cum price = RM7.00
Warrant Exercise Price = 1.16
Free Warrants Ratio = 2:1 = 2
Bonus Issue Ratio = 3:1 = 3

(7 x 1.0) + (1.16 x 2)
______________________
(1 + 3 + 2)


7 + 2.32
________
6

= 1.55

You can test the formula on recent shares that gave bonus issue + warrants.

SCIENTEX
Bonus Issue : 2 for 1
Free Warrants : 1 for 5
Exercise Price = 4.30
Ex-date = WED 13/01/21
Closing Cum-Price for BI = 12.40
Theoretical X-Price for BI = 4.13

HOMERITZ CORP BERHAD
Bonus : 1 for 4
Free Warrants : 1 for 4
Exercise Price = 0.60
Ex-date = MON 14/12/20
Closing Cum-Price for BI = 1.03
Theoretical X-Price for BI = 0.785

** You can read in Homeritz thread on ex-date many were complaining
why the Theoretical X-Price was at 0.785 and not 0.825

@happyhigher, will share later. I believe JFTech is very similar to ESCERAM in the way that the bonus and warrants are only permitted to be disposed on the same date (3rd February). Anyway for ESCERAM I sold a few of my bonus shares one day earlier before listing date thus got a slightly higher price.

My understanding is very simplistic, correct me friends if somewhere not right:
1. Post bonus issue, price will adjust to: RM1.6975
2. Post warrants issue, price will adjust further down to: RM1.5183 (assuming full exercise of all warrants, which may depend on warrant holders view of the future- anyway, tomorrow it's already in the money, so traders can easily exit)

Further information:
Expiry Date : The market day falling immediately before the 5th anniversary of the Issue Date and if such date is not a market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day (“Expiry Date”)

Exercise Period : The Warrants may be exercised at any time after the Issue Date up to 5:00 p.m. on the Expiry Date. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid (“Exercise Period”)

The warrant is given at no cost consideration. Hence, no price adjustment.
Very rarely does anyone convert the warrant
