Usually sell the shares u have then the bonus shares.I do tht all the time.Please ask ur remisier or related how many shares u have.Please do not oversell ur shares(A have 10 lot before bonus,but sell 13 lot).

calculations for JF TECH Listing on 2 Feb 2021:
Bonus issue of warrant at 2 warrants for 1 mother share:
Mother share price : 1.79
Exercise price of warrant: 1.16
Listing price of mother share on 2 Feb: (1x1.79+2x1.16) divided by 3 - 1.16 =1.37
Listing price of warrant share on 2 Feb: 1.37-1.16 = 0.21 sen

JFTECH shareholders makes lot of money when JFTECH runs from 3.00 to 7.00 before bonus issue of 3 for 1.

If I am not wrong, parent price adjustment has already been done on ex-date of 20 Jan. Indicative price for warrant on listing date of 3 Feb will be parent price on 2 Feb minus exercise price. (exercise price=1.16)

Correct me if I am wrong

yousanlee, this cannot be as the warrant has not been listed on 20 Jan. Since it is to be listed on 2 Feb, then the warrant price has to be adjusted according to mother share price based on the day before listing.

this exercise is bonus shares together with bonus warrants, and both ex on 20 Jan and both will be listing on 3 Feb, I can see that price has already been adjusted on 20 Jan.... are you saying that price adjustment on 20 Jan only for bonus shares?

JFTECH is very similar to Esceram in every way.
They proposed bonus and warrants and announced that
the shareholders can only sell the bonus and warrants
shares on the same day (NOT on ex-date)

Esceram gave bonus 1 for 1 and free warrants 1 for 1
Ex-date for bonus and warrants on 14/10/20
Cum price = 1.38
Theoretical x-all price = 0.525

About a week later Esceram announced the listing
date for both bonus and warrants shares on 26/10/20
Esceram warrant exercise price = 0.20
Esceram cum price = 0.715
Theoretical price for warrant = (0.715-0.20) = 0.515
Opening price for warrant = 0.43
highest price for warrant = 0.49
lowest price for warrant = 0.365
closing price for warrant = 0.40

So for JFTECH if it were to closed on 02/02/21 at 1.79
Theoretical price for warrant = (1.79-1.16) = 0.63
