Their ESOS to directors is at a low price of 0.1395. Before minority shareholders could sell, they probably exercise their ESOS. Only consolation there is a one year moratorium.

If their business plan is good the directors will keep.. Otherwise they will just throw this stock in the rubbish dumb.. And treat the minority share holders as stupid fools...

I think this stock will be hard to play up because of the ex-MD who was kicked out. He still holds the most shares on paper.

Teareader.. What i concluded is even Esos option pricing is 0.1395..for directors.. Is still ok to buy within the range of 0.15 till 0.155 not much difference...still can buy.. I believe something new is happening..Maybe next week will see some improvement.

Sunzen and Biohldg is having a similar business background. Biohldg is uptrend now. If you refer to the August stock price, you will notice Sunzen followed Biohldg trend. With the current price going sideway for quite a while and it never broke the support of 155/150, so it is relatively lower risk to enter now.

Biohldg is moving, similar business..they were moving together in August.. I think Sunzen is about to move today...Suggest to buy at this lower price between 0.155 and 0.16..might move anytime this week...
