Fintec is an investment company. Currently they are not making money due to market sentiment. Paper losses reflected into the company report for this round. Contra kakis of those in short term will definitely not keep the shares after the report release. I supposed holder for mid to long term are still in it.

Simple saja, fintec boss want to goreng its up lor.
But, fintec boss will only goreng while he need shareholders to subscribe for right only.

He has more tendency in goreng his subsidiary eg. Focus dynamic and dgb only.
