Trust me it will not as formulated in the announcement. I have expetience in ICON for similar proposal. You can refer to ICON announcement what is illustrated, and what is the price when it got listed after ex-date. I hv million of shares in ICON and continue to keep trusting that the price will go according what is formulated in the announcement. Unfortunately cried at the end.

@IbnuShaari u lost on icon because you believed you can make a lot... we are trader and not investor.. we buy at low sell at 2-3 bid .... and if have change we invest a few more... we buy at low... u also can make money if u buy now and not later.. good to hear that u want to come back at 2.5-3.0c but it cannot realize now... the low you can get only 0.035 and amazing if you can get it...

Need at least 6 months to executive this consolidation.

10 to 1 , my guess, should be like this :

Assume DGB price per share before "10 to 1 " is 0.05. After consolidate adjusted to 0.50.

NOW if I bought 100 lots at 0.05 = Rm 5000
EX date consolidate become 10 lots, but price may be 0.50 at that time ( still maintain RM 5000 or higher or lower )

And i entitle 1 to 6 right shares & 3 warrants C. Means i have 60 lots OR and 30 warrants B now.
If OR shares price offer is 0.06 , then i have to pay RM 3600.00 and free 30 warrants B.
My shares will increase to 70 lots & my total funds injected is RM 8600.00 in total.

Say if the price after consolidate adjusted to 0.30 per share ( not 0.50 ) my shares value is
RM 21,000.00.
If unfortunately price after consolidate is 0.15 only, then my shares value will be RM 10,500.00 ( exclude free warrants value )

Please rectify me if i misunderstand because it is what in my mind.
