Hello, im newbie. I bought this share at 0.005. But, unfortunately i cannot sell it before the expired date. What will happen to my shares? Will it automatically convert to the mother share?

Hi hiroya, it wouldn't automatically covert to mother due to you are purchase DGB-OR.... OR is RIGHTS ISSUE from DGB mother and DGB company use it for fund rising purpose. If you wish to convert to mother share you have to subscribe it by fill up the RSF form and pay RM0.110 per 1000 units share. Example: if you buy 500,000 units of DGB-OR and you have to pay RM2500 to pick up and at the same time you need to fill up this form (RSF form) http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed-companies/company-announcements/1921653 and pay 500,000 units x RM0.110 = RM55,000.00 extra to DGB company before it can convert to mother share (you have to pay it before 17 April 2015).. If not your 500,000 units DGB-OR will burn automatically and you get nothing.

Automated identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions provider DGB Asia Bhd (DGB) will enter into a joint venture (JV) with Rofarez Solutions Sdn Bhd, a Ministry of Finance-linked company, to expand into the cloud-based business.

DGB Asia (fundamental: 1.65; valuation: 0.3) said the JV entails the distribution, implementation and service of cloud-based business solution products that provide integration on the software environment for businesses with proprietary development engines.

“The product will provide platforms to design and build solutions that are directly assimilated onto the cloud operating infrastructure. The system is also goods and service tax (GST) friendly, as customers can incorporate the new GST requirement into their current system without hassle,” it said in a statement today.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by both parties on April 10, 2015.
