It seem like mpay is going in to tourism industry targeting China market based on the docs published.
It will be a uphill battle after MH370 accident.

1) increased revenue stream from acq

2) Taobao Travel e-commerce platform / enlarge its customer base for e-commerce platform utilising mpay merchant network

3) most important... converting and directing spending to actual tourist footprint in Malaysia participating in the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS)

madiba sold at 0.32cts?..as you can see only 241600 at 0.32 only RM77,312 ..if madiba sell bullbear also sell at 0.32cts..so little for someone promoting this stock...suspicious..I could be wrong..

Hi Lee, I also from pymt services industry, the new venture(internet) does not require any terminal. Internet biz just need to sign up with an acquiring bank.
For item (3) MOST important.... My view is that Custom would not allow TRS on internet transaction. You can check with other country TRS...

Hi feimah, I'm merely summarising what's the rationale. They could probably utilise what mpay has thus the earning value chain as described.

For item 3, I think it is just a tracking of tourist spending... Nothing to do with Internet transactions. More likely capturing of data

processing of any refunds hold the data of their merchant’s transactions. The merchant has access to the data and can analyze monthly statements based on the amount of tourists spent.

This is really really a serious news if you know the impact of online to offline commerce. Mpay might have position themselves better and teasing a little that they might be facilitating the tracking of spending.... From providing of TRS

target price ---stupid to say ...more than 38.5 like i said,they dont hv much time till June.Its a fact.They better get their price high high up.....If they dont get it, no one knows what will happen ?
If they get it ? News out ...no more speculating, what then ? down trend ? I buy a lot of the warrants...im making a lot already......my heart fell , 2 wks ago when it dropped 70 pct in 1 day and climb up to only 30 pct loss......my target is to leave before June...hopefully with more profits

4u2c, the dropped of 70 pct because of the anti-gst marching on labour day..investor and trader beware of GST will be canceled by gov..then Mpay up again when Dewan Rakyat approved GST on 5th May..then, you can guess who will win the e-TRS...
