Thor88, Farlim profit is from land sales and not from their property sales.
The profit is one time of the book. Futhermore the counter has been moving since last 3 days.

I think the profit boost mainly from the taxi1m income.
Moreover industry is pushing for paywave or paypass just like touch&go.
This will give mpay advantage to charge maybank/merchant more on this additional equipment for this services.

As a company, the latest P and L is the best that they ever had. Give them due respect. Mgt is solid and they are heading for better times. If they do not exhibit such traits, do u think our Govt will trust then with the e-TRS ? We are buying into a company that is progressing with good management .
