I ask comp B to accept the bill.

Related party cant be found in companies management.

Not simply like that lor, Ah Tan. You make simultaneous arrangements between your two companies. Make it look like the public listed one is doing well, no debts, earning profit etc., becos it's accounts are audited & available to public scrutiny.

Your private company can be in shittiest state, who cares, becos the public has no right to know anything about it.
