My opinion. HS already had plans to cheat public by buying in Sumatec and making announcement that he put in his own money to uplift the company (can check his public interview).
That was his strategy... slowly kill the public!
My guess the problem started with him when Losmak got caught.
He started to sell!
What was he involved with Losmak?
Anyone's guess!
