For FY13, Syml had benefited from a one-off gain of RM 100 mil from the disposal of 206 acres of its 626 acres in Sungai Long to a subsidiary of YTL Bhd.
Syml will develop the remaining over 400 acres of land into a new township in Sungai Long.
Had a great catch of the day in the 1H of the trading session, thanks to the impatient holders who throw today.

Taman Midah Tesco, Cheras, Who don't know this place? Symlife 10.6 acres or 42K square meter. MRT station is 150m away, how many condo can build on this land, and how much the land cost now. Everyday take MRT to KLCC work, shopping or stay at star residence and walk to KLCC, just my dream.
