Paramount 3Q results gonna be announced this Friday.

Most likely gonna be very good results.

Based on the CEO interview on BFM, Paramount has enjoyed very good sales since MCO was lifted.

They had RM270mil bookings in June and RM380mil in July.

"We haven't seen that kind of numbers in the last 3 to 4 years," Chew said.

He added too that sales were across the board of Paramount's eight property projects.

within expectations, cmco causes delay in construction and development. Can't bill the purchaser's (earnings) if haven't reach a construction stage progressively. Malaysia signed a deal with Pfizer vaccine already, RM12.8mil doses. Glove theme should be over, now will be sector recovery eg. Property, banks, construction, Genting etc. Will hold..

Paramount - Riding High on Property Sale Boom

Property sales in 3Q20 surged by 39% y-o-y and 248% q-o-q to RM216.5mil.

Property division’s pre-tax profits more than doubled to RM36.8mil from just RM18.2mil in the previous corresponding quarter.

Strong sales performance in 3Q20 is expected to continue in 4Q

Excluding the earnings contribution of the discontinued education business, Paramount’s overall net profit for 3Q20 grew by a substantial 2,265% y-o-y to RM26.09mil.
