Broad-based weakness across major revenue lines. Group revenue declined 16.0% yoy
on the back of: a) 22% yoy decline in securities trading revenue (49% of total revenue)
which was broadly in line with a 19% yoy decline in ADV but partly due to the high base
effect of 1Q18’s pre-GE14 ADV; b) 11.7% yoy decline in derivative revenue, in line with the
18.5% yoy and 7.8% yoy contraction in CPO and KLCI Futures contracts traded; and c)
24.2% yoy decline in listing and issuers services fee. That said, we expect an improving IPO
pipeline and better market sentiment in 2H19 to help sustain a gradual sequential recovery
in listing fees and securities trading revenue. However, given the high base effect of 2Q18’s
ADV, we expect Bursa to continue registering yoy contraction in revenue in 2Q19.
Maintain SELL with a higher target price of RM5.50

Too much of manipulation. People just sit in office, market and trading with mouth. Those trading house is reaping from their manipulating recommendation. Open your eyes and ears, which company in Malaysia is really growing big beside manipulating? We need a company that is capable of producing inspiring product not keep asking people to buy share or encourage younger generation to buy with hard earn money. Sooner or later people are staying away and this gonna rot badly.

It is not about government or political parties. There are many stable government and stable currencies in the world. These countries are not joking around and make fun of investor money. They build reputable company and create job. They invest their earning for growth. Be responsible to investor. For director out there, please do your job and not try to make fast money.

Sorry if my message is rude and confusing by putting everything is short.

Good companies privatised but give little to minority. Companies with problems but see no actions by relevant authorities. Companies performed well but deployed many foreign workers, management gains the most. Changing of financial date is another ridiculous action. Management and bod remuneration does not depend on its financial performance, etc. Just another licensed casino but all can participate.

Now very few people want to invest in stock anymore. Too much of manipulator and market marker by the fund manager and banker. You can obviously see bump and dump every good potential stock. And there are tonnes of GURU or educator out there that teach nonsense, and telling stupid things to everywhere that causes every trader to be confused and trade in stupidity. Some guru as i know, thought by drawing few Resistance line and Support Line , they thought can call themself expert already ...So many ppl that i know die listening to of all this GURU/Educator .... so everyone really becareful....a simple thumbs of rule, if those GURU method is profitable, then they dont need to spend time going out teaching you. They can earn even more by spending time on their PC... So dont be Sohai !!!! All Scammer...

Profit Margin nearly 50% every Quarter. But the company still have current liability of 1.4billion. Over the course of 10 years, if the company director wishes to put back the earning to the company, this company can give more dividend to the trader and less debt. Latest Quarter alone, out of total revenue 121million, 48million was paid to the owner of the company. That is 26.5%. What investor is getting from dividend is just around 5% per annum. Speechless.....rich getting richer
