It is trading at 8% premium which is acceptable. The price can move up or not depend on the mother share. The gearing is high at 3.57, I prefer to buy PJD-WC than the mother share.

topseeker, i'm not pro la, just use common sense, say we exclude 5 sen gain today (will be deducted from ex-date) mother share 1.23 son 0.355 giving a premium of only 10.16% for another 7 yrs to expire warrant meaning pjd is only worth 1.35 in 2020???

take symlife-wb for eg. (btw i get free 7,875 warrants and free 1,500 mother share)warrant also expire 2020, ex-price 1.10, mother share now 1.09,at 0.34 the premium is 32.11% compare to pjd-wc's of just 10%
