Prefer to buy MHC price 0.30 , 5 years with Profit , Margin of safety with NTA RM 1.26 , Dividend Yield 5 % better than bank interest.

PPE = RM 401 million ,
Total Borrowing = RM 131 million ,
Gearing Ratio = 0.33


See TDM :

FY19 with Loss rm 79.6 million more than FY18 Loss rm 76.4 million :

NTA : Jan 2018 = 0.71 , Dec 2018 = 0.56 , Dec2019 = 0.44 , Loss of 0.27 in 2 years ..

Gearing Ratio = 0.6

No Dividend payout .

NTA in 2020 will be further reduce .. share price will be reduce ..

8/3 court case is loss already to do deposit judgment sums to plaintiff lawyers as stakeholders to avoid being winding up , the sum is Big if not will not need deposit first . This will reflect in coming QR with higher Loss .

More scary as I knew there are 2 more court case , actual have how many court case ??

If these Hospitals are with good services and Professional, Why so many court cases ???

CPO Monthly Production ( tons) :

Dec2018 = 7618
Nov2019 = 6768
Dec2019 = 6197
Jan2020 = 5023
Feb2020 = 4930

Wah each month less 2600 tons x 2300 =6 million , one year will less 72 million revenue will incur more Loss in 2020 ..

MHC, to date, has 12,000 acres of oil palm plantations, mainly in Teluk Intan , Perak and Beaufort, Sabah.

Another 21,000 acres in Sabah ( cepatwawasan ) :

1. 6 estate in Beluran and Sandakan
2. 2 estate in Kinabatangan .
