once the new 32 acres land fully developed, the huge volume is ever ready for the market. Just the right timing to growth.

comfort machine is build by hlt global. probably the new 32 acres land will be using the triple former patented by htl global. The volume generated will be triple and productivity improve by triple.
that time comfort will be the most efficient producer in the glove market

i did not see the ceo selling . It is only the silent shareholder dato lau selling. Therefore, the ceo is confident to bring comfort to the next level. He would not sell his company and as he have sold seal polymer 15 years ago and he regreted selling it . That;s why he bought comfort and probably growth bigger than supermax.

last time europe and usa is the highest glove usage countries.
with this covid virus, all the countries will be more careful on hygiene and especially china, the usages will be huge.
msia glove players are really in the good spot to support. Therefore, they deserve a high PE.

probably comfort next quarter profit may be 15 million.
once comfort fully develop the new 32acre land, quarterly profit may hit 25 million. It means annual profit is 100 million
number of share 500 million . EPS = 20 cent/share

with current price 2.80, PE is only 14

Therefore , the tp of 5.00 is still reasonable , with expected PE 25

When I recommend my Miss Universe stock Supermx, the share price is around 3.60. I put up my target price at 7.48, everyone is laughing at me.
The target price from Kenanga at that time is only 4.50. Kenanga had upgraded the target price to 7.60 after Q3 2020 result is out.

I use the same formula to count the target price of Comfort, the target price is 5.00.
Can achieve or not, I do not know.

Do not quote me, I do not push up share price.
I just buy and hold the share for investment only.
