KYY is very smart multi-millionaire investor. Anyhow no matter how rich 1 person is, he is still facing fund limitation. So he has to pare down certain counters to hunt for higher return companies.

If he is really selling Hengyuan, then possible he is hunting something new.

And he will only publish his action when he has collected certain amount of companies shares like become SSH.

my hypothesis

Historical, company owns by Lau's family are well managed & they pay dividend refer to Teo Seng Bhd, they privatized Leon Hup Bhd before , they owned KFC franchise (30%) before was forced to let it go in 90s.

Anything now to PE 15, all the ham sap lou will come, the gap closure of PE will happen in short interval of time because it would attracts all the 3 factions of investors. There should be acceleration observe.

From PE 15 onward, value hamsap lou might no longer be coming, we will be left with growth & TA hamsap lou. As long as lenglui getting slimmer, the remaining hamsap lou will comes.

In qualitative analysis, the one off gain due to fire insurance claim should isolated from the analysis. Let the coming quarter prove if value hamsap lou or growth hamsap lou really bother about the one off gain which will make annual quarter to annual quarter comparison look bad. My observation - it would not have significant effect as long as the coming quarter, there is still a growth in revenue & profit compare to previous quarter.
