very unlikely to go PN17 with secure business till 2017.
retain earning is no longer negative, management seem to be committed for the change base on the last few quarter result.
Cash flow is a bit limited, however, with the MMC as a major shareholder (39%) as a backup, the risk to bankruptcy is very unlikely.
However, the wind is not blowing for penny stock yet due to current market outlook, it might take few months before the market recovering and ppl start to invest in penny stocks.

EPS is estimated to be 1.5 to 1.8 cts.....revenue 80 odd million....They hv good foundamentals and worth at least 50 cts but they prefer to b in coma state......try SUNZEN......they are making waves.....

On 9 th july the price dropped to 29.5 cts and you may have expected it to drop further to 25 cts but when the price touches 25 cts you again hopping down to 19 cts.After afew cycles of roller coaster range bound,the price didn't go down as low as 19cts and you buy nothing,eventually the price moving towards north to break 40cts due to its under valued market pricing compare to peers construction player.At the end day when the price touches 40cts ,you don't made profit because you never hold any buying!!!!!!!!!!!!!HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right Henly30a, i was hoping it drop below 30sens, so that i can accumulate more. without my notice, it already fill up the price. Guess the coming quarter report soon will be release on august and monday, likely it will up too many due to the new IPO, Suncon, might likely boost the whole construction sector.
