（吉隆坡16日讯）标准普尔（S&P）表示，云顶（GENTING,3182,主板消费产品服务组）重大投资周期已经结束，加上有序开销和国门将在4月1日重开，营运复苏表现符合预期，维持BBB评级和“稳定”展望不变。

重大投资周期结束
标普透过文告指出，云顶“稳定”展望反映出集团信贷素质将持续稳定，主要是其主要投资周期已经结束及主要市场防疫措施逐步放宽，未来2年营运有望走向复苏。

“云顶2021年营运盈利（EBITDA）达40亿令吉，按年增长近40%，但仍低于疫情前45至50%。我们预期2022年营运盈利将达到疫情前约80%。”

标普说，随着美国和大马主要投资计划结束，云顶今年资本开销将从去年的87亿令吉，显著减少至30亿令吉。

“该公司重大投资仅剩新加坡投资项目，但投资周期长达4至5年仍在可管理水平。此外，日本横滨赌场计划招标取消已减少云顶未来2至3年的资本开销需求，因此我们预期可支配现金流将扭转过去几年的颓势转正。“

标普认为，虽然疫情持续延烧、赌桌人数限制及进入赌场需出示疫苗接种证明等社交活动限制令云顶整体复苏趋缓，但复苏动能将获得大马时隔2年重开国境和抑制需求爆发支撑，预见集团今年营运盈利将走向复苏。

“同时，美国资产迅速复苏，名胜世界拉斯维加斯将从今年开始对集团带来有意义的盈利贡献，而纽约云顶和帝国度假村复苏转强也将起到锦上添花效果。”

整体来看，标普表示，虽然人身距离措施可能抑制云顶在未来12个月全面复苏，但预期现有盈利动能及低资本开销将足以支撑集团信贷素质。

2 proposal by LKT, 1st is a special dividend for RW Cruises set up and 2nd is GenB enter into cruising again by take up former Genting Dream at discounted price from bondholder. Both are a good deal while 2nd is much better as Genting Dream is a young fleet and Singapore market is mature and very profitable.
