看见机会--1)1,54进入是便宜我们了,2012年2月价位为1,40(现2013年9月价位为1,54 ,我赚了19个月的时间了),这时间用于投资其他股已赚了.
2)之前大家认为公司会私有化或被收购,但不成行,原来是给红股,太好了,根本是便宜我们现在才进的股民,至少不用苦等.
3)1,6亿现金,零负债,根本是送钱来了,我要拿,哈哈

市值1.95亿

保守估计，单单这两片土地，再加上手头上的现金
以目前的市值买入
亏损的机率大大降低

公司今年运用0.14亿 share buy back
目前市值1.95亿
如果公司持续运用手头上的cash来share buy back
那么不出10年，公司的total outstanding share将会减少最少80%

「资产表分析」
目前公司cash 是：1.6亿

total liabilities：0.66亿
payable 占了0.57亿

trade receivable：0.51亿

丐帮认为trade receivable足以offset trade payable
所以基本上，公司负债为0

「plantation division」
在kuala muda 385acre的棕油地
2009年，这片土地value about 0.14亿
丐帮保守估计这片土地至少升了一倍
所以给它value：0.28亿

目前现金1.6亿
棕油地：0.28亿
available for sale financial asset：0.13亿

total value：2.01亿

目前市值：1.95亿
shareholder fund：4.22亿
完全undervalue

以1.95亿的市值
买入内在价值：4.22亿

公司未来property division有望贡献1.19亿的净利

在这里不谈electronic and electrical division
原因是2013年，相信这个division的贡献不高
但是GUH最大的division依然是electronic and electrical division

只要GUH能熬过目前目前电子业的低迷
再加上property division的贡献
基本上以目前的价格，长期持有GUH，绝对是不错的选择

2011年，8月，股市大跌，GUH的价格跌到0.9
所以潜在downside risk为20%
潜在upside risk为200%

如果要买入GUH
需要的是时间和耐心
持有「永不投机」的心态，必定能安然度过股市风风雨雨

2)就如阿 boon 兄所说,公司買回股票又注销,那知道最后还会发红股,真的拾到便宜了.
3)这种机会不是常有的,把握资本增值之良机.
4)依我看这股剛开始上,还沒大起,现1,53进还很低(1,22 时红股消息出来).
5)每股资产(nta)达 2,50 ,一船上公司发红股,都会推升股价至 相等的 nta (2,50).
6)我估计至红股除权日时,价位可达 2,50 .因此潜在上升达0.97
7)2012年2月,guh价位1,40 当时klci才1350点,19个月的现在klci达1800点了,价位才1,53 .有什么理由股价不起?
8)别的股票价格起了,难道老板不想吗,guh老板忍了19个月,是时候发威了(红股势必推升股价),敢敢进,轻松赚.
9)首2季(6月)eps=0.08 ,估计全年有0.16 ,取pe=10 .则价格=1.60(加毎股现金约0.86),那么1.6+0.86=2.46
10)该公司拥有强稳的财务、基础面以及良好的管理层，所以，该公司价值被市场重新估值，相信只是时间的问题而已。

己成功加码至1000 lot,(1,54）哈哈,大展这次旅程开往2,50的路上，一路上肯定有起落，但想伩都可顺利到站，因有红股加第3和第4季良好业积支撑，预计2014年2月抵达（2,50），红股除权日期我估计在14年2月。耐心等开花结果吧。

GUH 送錢來，你要嗎？---
1）美股連跌了3天，GUH卻連起2天，1天平盤，信心支持。
2）收到風，大方的老闆這次親自領隊，安心坐好，不去荷蘭，帶我們搭2.50號班機前往美國，哈哈。
3）之前方老闆買回股票，之後注銷，現在送紅股，分明是給紅包，敢敢拿。
4）許多股友敢買投機，劣質股（也許不知道），GUH集5大行業于一身（電路板，產業，水務處理，油棕，發電），论实力,资产也算是优质股.爲什麽不敢買進？別又一次讓機會溜走了。
5）進大展，夜夜好夢到天明。
6）我的估計—a）红股 因是2送1，当价位2，,00时 （若你进1000股，即有1500股，除权后价位大约是2/1.5=1.33 ）。市值=3.69亿
b）若2.10时，则2.1/1.5=1.40 .市值=3.89亿
c）若1.60时，则1.6/1.5=1.06 .市值=2.94亿
d)若2.50时,则2.5/1.5=1.66 . 市值=4.61 亿 (我估计会是这价位)

e）总之推高股价是发红股前，老板会做的事，最后受益最大也是大股东。
f)完成派发红股后，大展控股缴足股本料从1亿8541万4063股，扩大至2亿7812万1095股。

1）大盤與大勢將是向上的，間中多少有小調，1.53 有支持力，不用擔心，過後會回升。
2）經5天的挑戰 1.60 不成功，此價位有套利，屬正常也。
3）待消化完這阻力，相信短期會開往 1.80 的路上。
4）進大展，沒有後悔，只有喜悅，豐衣足食，衣錦還鄉的日子不遠了。

GUH's PCB biz has gone downhill for a number of years but its ability to venture into power, property and water business profitably is admirable. GUH is one of those companies (like Insas, A&M, PMCorp, etc) with a lot of land or cash that makes you feel rich after you have bought in, but receive little dividend. But GUH is a bit different as it has a growth story to tell and its share price has performed wonderfully in the past 3 years. I believe RM2 is achievable but the consolidation should take a while.

乡情篇

方木山的父亲方长有来自广东省普宁县，当年为了生计，在十来岁的时候就坐着帆船，漂洋过海到了泰国。两年后，具有冒险精神的方长有听说了马来西亚槟城这个小岛，是一个山明水秀的宝地，遂再次迁徙并落脚亚依淡天德园种菜为生。在槟城的日子少了连绵不断的天灾，使他有了在这里长住的念头。25岁那年，由国内亲人介绍，方长有与家乡隔邻村女孩（漂洋过海而来）在槟城结婚，从此夫妻俩在异乡开枝散叶。

种菜收入微薄，家中人口又多，方家的生活过得极为艰苦。身为长子的方木山原本在韩江中学念书，但是高三还没有念完的他，不忍加重父母的负担，辍学在商店打工，并在18岁的时候只身到新加坡闯荡。

虽然年纪很轻就离开父母亲人到异乡谋生，但是方木山还是有传统潮人念旧重亲情的一面。当他事业有成可以回馈社会时，他选择了以父亲名字为韩江中学的运动中心命名。1999年10月16日，以方长有命名的运动中心举行开幕仪式，这座设备齐全的运动中心不止见证了方木山回馈母校的心意，也可看到他感恩父亲养育之恩的浓郁亲情。

方木山回忆与父母相处的片段时，总是忘不了二老非常正宗的潮州话，还有母亲做的潮州菜以及糕点，他最爱吃母亲做的韭菜糕以及灌肠。

潮人家庭很注重家教，方木山指出，父母时常教导他们要尊敬长辈，而且规定孩子早出晚归一定要交代。虽然他的潮州话已经讲得很好，但是他还有一个心愿，就是可以用非常流利纯正的潮州话致辞演讲。目前槟州潮州会馆的理事们，都在以身作则用潮州话演讲，令他欣慰潮汕文化正在大家的努力下慢慢复兴。

“我有一个构想，针对目前潮语日益没落的问题，怎样扭转这种局面呢？我认为可以用互联网等现代手段，来加强潮语教育。”方木山告诉记者。

方木山的生意出口至全球逾40个国家，但为什么会选择在汕头投资电缆生意，他的原因很简单：“因为那是潮汕人的家乡。”这就是出生在马来西亚，但是心系潮汕的方木山能给家乡最好的礼物以及最直接的关爱方式。

经商篇

方木山到新加坡后，就在电缆厂当业务员，白天他努力工作，处处留心电缆电线的生产技巧和销售技巧，业余更进修英语与会计。他好学不倦的精神，备受台湾老板的赏识，在工作了两三年后，被公司调回北海协助成立电缆厂，并出任副总经理，负责销售与采购。

1974年，方木山再次被公司看重，被委派到吉隆坡收购被银行接管的电缆厂，并荣升为总经理。虽然事业发展一帆风顺，但是方木山内心还是想创下一番事业，1976年，他觉得时机成熟了，就与几个志同道合的朋友及台湾同事回来马来西亚创业，在吉打知甘巴都买地并成立了立达电缆有限公司。

商界精英——方木山：该出手时就出手

在经商生涯中，方木山至少营救了3家面临困境的公司，其中以挽救其商业竞争对手环球电缆有限公司（UCMB）最为人津津乐道。当环球电缆处于困境时，方木山当机立断，决定营救他。并于1990年6月8日成功将立达与环球合并，一时传为佳话。

1995年，大洋控股有限公司（Grand United Holding Bhd）面临财务危机，急需资金解危，方木山果断收购了这家公司的54%股权。控股后他组织改组，除了把大洋之名改成大展控股集团外，更将大展控股的业务集中在PC板厂、产业发展、水利工程等方面。公司也在中国苏州和马来西亚槟城设有板厂。

目前，方木山共掌控了两家上市公司，即立达环球控股（LEADER）及大展控股集团（GUH）。他目前担任GUH集团执行主席，及LEADER集团执行副主席，并出任多家私人企业公司的执行董事。

立达环球集团目前是东南亚电缆生产最大的公司，排名世界前60名。集团在90年代进军柬埔寨，1994年签署了一项为期18年的电力供应合同，而集团在金边建立的发电厂也于1997年开始正式运作。

此刻，立达环球集团已经开展在柬埔寨的另一项设计，计划投资3亿美金，在该国建立煤炭发电厂、电网及变电站。除了柬埔寨，集团也在中国进行投资，于中国政府合作开发光纤电缆工程。另外，集团也在砂拉越设立炼泥厂。

回顾一生的经商哲学，他归纳指出：“不管做什么，都要勤劳认真与坦白，这样别人才会支持你。”

目前，年届72岁的方木山已经过着半退休的生活，大儿子方尊贤与女儿方雪玲在帮忙打理立达（LEADER），分别担任首席执行员和财务总监；而另一家上市公司大展控股则由其弟方木第负责掌舵。

贡献篇

方木山是韩江学校最成功的校友，也是槟城富甲一方的成功企业家。

1992年，方木山毅然接下振兴韩江的重任，接任董事长。他任职后，除了与个别董事各自捐献巨款外，亦推动校友总会工委会联合各届毕业生领导者，举办十大歌星义演，为母校筹获300多万。另一方面，他还与督学主持韩中振兴工委会，着手改善教职员的待遇，并配合理大讲师和教授组成的顾问团，扩充学校软硬体设备。

方木山领导韩江期间，以他为首的董事部在恢复和稳定学校局势，以及巩固校政方面，尽了很大的努力，为韩江垫下了从困境中重新起飞的基础。此外，他也大力支持韩江华人文化馆的建设与活动。馆方为了表彰他的贡献，特在会馆内设立了一幅他的履历墙，让大家看到他的成就与贡献。

除了对母校尽心尽力外，方木山也是槟榔屿潮州会馆积极的一员。他是第一任青年团团长，并在1997年到2000年期间被推选为潮州会馆主席，目前则担任顾问及信理员一职，继续守护着源远流长的潮汕文化。

其实，方木山一家都是古道热肠的好心人，他太太洪月娥平素积极参与慈善活动，2006年荣膺槟州元首封赐勋衔。而其大女婿杨翼图特许建筑师，更在修复韩江家庙期间，贡献了很多专业意见。
