No doubt, judging by VT character and bjc biz, bjc will shot up one day, but when, ppl been speculate for several years, and mostly give up...

I still believe tat, if VT can just announce: hey guys, im goin to restructure the whole group, dispose non core assets and reducing debt and interest.

Bjc will fly, as who wanna buy a company cant generate constant profit at all? Even NTA is high, still no point, nid all five elements in the house... Fire, metal, earth,water and wood....lol!!

BJcorp last qtr result showed their revenue drop slightly, profit + financing + investment is almost zero or minus. Debt is increasing a lot. VT used what to push up to 0.60 ? Politically VT is standing in the middle because he also don know who will win the election. He is a lost man now ! Sell assets to get cash ? (He had sold his China assets). Revenue will drop ! Cash can disappear fast (VT knew that). Call warrant is pinching his ass. He is totally lost. Don forget retail business required plenty of cash to keep it moving. The above just my own opinions. What are your opinions?

If VT never buy back I think the share price of BJcorp will be 0.20 now ! If this 2 months the share price not improve to 0.40 and above, than we should forget about BJcorp till end of year, and look for others.

BJC hold 48.51% BJTOTO shares, as at today it worth about 1.4bil or 2.08 per share... but its NAPS is 3.80....

TSVT's most valuable businesses BJC, BJLAND, BJTOTO, BJASSETS all trading well below its NAPS....

It looks like the great corporate restructure is coming....

No insider news.... just guess by watching the movement of BJLAND, BJC & BJASSETS....

1) TSVT keeps buying back BJLAND via himself and BJC....why?
2) JOHOR SULTAN keeps buying BJASSETS...with free warrants coming....why?
3) BJASSETS & BJLAND both are similar in property development except BJLAND partially own BJTOTO directly.... why have 2 listed property development companies???

My guess is TSVT will privatise BJLAND under BJC... and he will move mainly Johor assets and some Halal assets to BJASSETS to boost its value.... BJC will become profitable company by having more direct income from BJTOTO... TSVT giving free warrants to BJASSETS shareholders... what will he give to BJC shareholders to agree on the restructure if it happens??? Bonus shares + free warrants???

Haven't mention the guarantee payment 600mil claimed under BJLAND + Vietlott full expansion in Vietnam + possible win on Vietnam online sports gambling licence....

BJC & BJASSETS are my preferred shares at the moment...

Under current circumstances, what bonuses with bonus share & free warrant warrants worth if you look at bjcorp management so passive & share price so vulnerable? Somemore , TSVT love cash for capital,even 1 % dividend last year been eaten & share price magically lower & lower. The role of management is probably sleeping so fundamental none since other companies backbone is weaker but value are more higher than assets rich ones.
