阔别6年，成功集团创办人丹斯里陈志远在今年重作冯妇，担任成功机构（BJCORP）的执行主席，而其公子则担任总执行长。

虽然之前其子也同时担任公司主席，看似陈志远全权交由他负责，但是在会议中，他往往暗示其父才是最终决定一切的幕后大老板。如今老板不甘寂寞，重出江湖，小股东们当然深感兴趣。

想当年陈志远担任公司总裁时，所有事项无不敢言，往往让股东的问题得到满意的答复。

不但如此，有时他谈到开心，一时兴起，便奖赏出席的股东免费旅游配套，让出席的股东乐得笑嘻嘻，不愧老板本色。

当然，笔者还有一个问题藏在心里很久，想要问问陈总。

记得成功集团2005年大重组，陈志远得到股东的信任，重新起步，之后在公司转亏为盈之后，发表心声，希望往后公司可以将盈利的50%以股息派出。这个心愿，自2008年以后终于达成。

但是，在他2012年退休以后，也许继承者没有经历这种和股东患难与共的经验，这个承诺逐渐被遗忘，乃至近来两年都没有股息派出。

也许不是公司不要派，而是公司的盈利飘浮不定，不能派；不过，如果管理层牢记当年陈志远重组的初衷发心，应该更小心管理公司，不让公司亏损，且记得和股东分享50%股息的这个约定。

陈志远的回归，肯定可以重振公司声威，让小股东不再失望等待。

Err... If VT has kept any promises, it would be broken promises. While seeing value in BJCorp and BJLand, its full value can't be reflected unless VT 'appears' to be fair to investing community.
