Yup! Just look at top glove...stop acquiring more assets atm, streamline operations to focus on core activities, sell off non core assets and profit will emerge. Profits generated can be used for dividends and have a dividend policy in place. This will attract a different class of investors rather than punters...

Yes, but buy rate doesn't mean price go up. If sellers are selling at 0.45, but buyers are only willing to buy at 0.445, anyone who buys "up" at 0.45 is considered a buy. So buy rate of 64% basically means nothing because that may only mean people are more willing to buy at yesterday's price.
