But for that, must convince the top 10 largest holders. ....see bosses keep buying up for their own..., but why not The Company with their cash hoard, so we minorities, also get benefit...

If the directors are proactive enough, they should make use of Keck Seng's huge cash reserves to buy some bank shares now, like Maybank, CIMB, RHB and Public Bank. Just a quarter of its cash reserves will do.
