It is still a long way down hill from today's closing price of 32.5 cents ...Potential price depreciation of -47.69%!!!!!

相署部長、馬航前首席執行員依德利斯表示，政府不應再涉足航空業，若時機恰當，價格合理，馬航應覓買主。這是因為馬航是政府相關公司，涉及的每一分每一毫都是納稅人的錢。
依德利斯這一番話，立刻引發市場聯想浮翩，認為政府要在高價賣馬航，立即趁“低”追擊，股價水漲船高。
然而，不到一天的時間，依德利斯就轉了口風，表示政府“目前”無意賣掉馬航。
“目前”這兩字可圈可點，即沒有把話說死，也留下讓人“想像”的空間。
有人認為，政府是不可能賣馬航的。不管馬航表現如何欠佳，始終是國家策略資產。
更關鍵的問題是，就算馬航真的要賣，憑它過去的表現，真的能賣到好價錢？上哪兒可找到資本雄厚的買家，願意涉足其實已無多少利可圖的航空業？至少，亞航的掌舵人東尼費南達斯已表態，說不會買下馬航了。
讓我們檢閱一下馬航過往的成績單。馬航的業績一直乏善可陳，首季淨虧損惡化至2.79億令吉，更讓原本對該公司重組充滿期待的市場失望。
馬航次季業績預訂下週公佈，就算是主要營運數據有所改善，但市場競爭加劇，回酬率料受擠壓，相信也是有虧無賺。
其實，馬航已積極重啟與開拓數航線，並加入“寰宇一家”聯盟網絡，擴大管道，推廣品牌，改善營運效率，企圖力挽狂瀾。
惟攔在馬航前方的，不只是內部問題，也包括挑戰重重的大環境。油價高企、天災人禍、政治風險、匯率浮動等，每道都是大難題。
此外，若馬航為了提高載客率削價求存，將與廉價航空直接對壘，也必陷入一場苦戰。
更何況，馬航管理層與職員工會關係，剪不斷理還亂。沒有人和，如何賺錢？
雖說在企業界裡，任何事都可能發生，“目前”不賣，不代表“以後”不賣，但馬航中短期內舉步維艱，此時說賣並不實際。
最重要的是，馬航賣或不賣，也不是由依德利斯說了算，終歸還是要放眼它未來的表現。

No foreign investor will buy MAS at the moment. Maybe some local big snake is teaming up with foreign investor to package it as foreign investment. Idris's statement is just to test the water. Now you can count how many buaya is in the water.

Seems like it will oscillate between 33 ad 33.5 until next sensationalized news is released. You notice or not so far only the politicians are talking about the big direction of MAS but not the top management.
