IF U BUY NOW U MUST BE PREPARED THE COMPANY MAY FALL INTO PN17.

IF FALL INTO PN17 THE SHARE MAY COME DOWN MAYBE AROUND 0.30.

WHEN SHARE FALL UNDER PN17 MOST PPL WILL START SELLING BECAUSE THE SHARES CANNOT BE FINANCED.

Now another 5 sen dividend by May 2019

Buy today still qualify for 5 sen special dividend

Olympia also will see labu land prices up.

If sold then can follow Dutaland example by giving our special dividend

You can buy if you have holding power. Preferably more than 1 year. Seems like Dutaland still dont know which direction to go with its business. No solid business core yet since their last disposal. For me personally I think its dangerous to hold for that long since the world economy seems to be breaking apart and at the brink of recession.
