Big plantation sell land to show profit, nevertheless the company still have huge land to operate but for small plantation company also sell land for the same intention until the has no area to operate. the next quarter or year it will make it investors heart attack...

this company has a piece of land nearby renaisance hotel kl it is a gem and very precious nowadays, strategic location which is very suitable for office tower or condominium and etc, it will be cash cow of the company in coming days if the company fully utilise it to generate income for the company...

Yes, super undervalue. Take a look also at it's sister co, Olympia. It is even more undervalue as it's Kenny Height project land (60 acres left ) is still stated at cost. Once they relaunch the Kenny Height project next year when market sentiment is better, both Dutaland and Olympia will rocket.

This is a stock that has been sitting on a huge nest egg since 2017, after selling off some Sabah plantations for RM750m. Based on their financial results, if you count their short term investment, deposits and cash equivalent, they are sitting on over RM520m, or more than RM0.59 per share. Net asset is RM1.47, so they are holding close to 40% in liquid assets.

Current assets is extremely high but unknown of its quality. Risk on major impairment unless transparency in disclosure where the current authority and professional body are silent on it.
London bis written off 300m once under receivership yet see no action taken.
Anyway, that is so call market risk in the bigger casino.
