in 2014 May June July Aug, our highly respected Fortunebullz already predicted global market crash for not less than 24 times. but everytime he provided some plausible logic. unlike a clown like u, since dutaland move means mkt is over..

If we follow conventional market cycles Fortunebullz's prediction already come to pass. And we are already in the 2nd Great Depression right now.

But something happened.

The Fed Reserve Bank of USA & All Central Banks HAVE CHANGED THE RULES OF THE GAME.

So The 2nd Great Depression Is POSTPONED INDEFINITELY.

It Will Still Happen Someday In The Future.

How and when we don't know as yet.

Meanwhile, we have to invest because money is debauched by money printing. But we have to Keep Some Cash as buffer like Warren Buffet & TTB (for TTB he is overly careful.)

TTB failed to envisage in 2009 what L shape recovery would mean in many coming years ahead. From 2009 to 2014, it had been a golden period for stock-pickers. A person of his repute should have made at least 300% gain on the fund he managed in that 5 year-period. He failed miserably, and that is an understatement.

TTB?

I think I understand TTB. Before The 1997 KLSE Collapse TTB was on TV3 Smiling & Telling All To Chase 2nd Board Shares. I think at that time all 2nd Board Shares were ablove RM10.00 then.
All were trading Blue Chip Prices- irrespective of their fundamental.

The Market Crash must have burnt TTB badly. So he now only invest in the safest fundamental shares and also Sold Too Early to Preserve Gains. This is the other extreme from past recklessness.

But TTB is OK. My Johor Sifu invested a lot in I Capbitz. He said TTB is enjoying his Sports car - ferrari or lambo? I can't remember

It is planning a divestment of it's plantation land as part of the financial restructuring plan,

therefore, divestment of it's 30,000 acres plantation in Sabah is just a matter of time.

In the company's accounts, this 30,000 acres plantation land value for RM319 million.

If the land sales is successful, the company will be able to get RM511millions profit.

Net tangible asset value per share,

will adjust from RM1.44 to RM2.30.

This land suppose to sell to IOI, tan Sri went personally to check after that come back to cancelled the S&P unless they lower down the price! I bet Duta Yap did not know himself where and what happen to his own land! Look at his KLCC tower? Look at his development in hartamas? With him around nta of 2 also valued at 50 cents. Unless he sell it to another tan Sri or Dato KL maybe then the share will go up to above $1. Mark my words.
