Thanks Calvin, i had keyed in lower prices for Mulpha, but still only manage to get some just below 50 cts. Patience doesn't seem to pay off this round. But i have collected 60 lots of Dutaland. May i know what is the TP for Dutaland ?
I have a simple formula for Dutaland's Target Price. Since DUTALAND Is An Asset Play With Very Strategic Assets I would give it a 30% Discount to NTA of 98 cents
So 98 x .7 = 68.6 cents.
Yes, 68.6 cents would be its first target. If Duta Yap should dispose either Mont Kiara Lands, Grand Duta Hotel or Oil Palm Lands for CASH, then its Target Price Should Move Up.
The rule is not to chase a good share after it has suddenly jump up a lot or sell a good share after it suddenly drop a lot.
Happy that you collected Mulpha below 50 cents. If can get some Mulpha on weakness Ok. Next few days will be heavy script delivery. Maybe you can still get on weakness. If run away better don't chase. Control greed by all means.
I think if you can get KPSCB at 54 cents or below you should be OK. This is what the Top boss told his managers to buy.
Value Investors, as Opposed to Momentum Chasers or Punters, have long patience. Often quite dull and uneventful most of the time.
It takes tenacity to hold on and on.
I bought KPSCB at 52 cents without much excitement for several months. Suddenly after Bonescythe highlighted the Good Points of KPSCB - KPSCB jumped over 20% in price. At that many now only get excited at over 65 cents. For the euphoria and spur of the moment many are willing to pay a higher price. As Value Investors we don't join the crowd in chasing.
Better buy more unmoved Dutaland shares than chase high flyers.
Looking at the financials, the NTA per share is RM0.98. At a glance, based on the current stock price, it seems this stock is under-valued. But quarterly making losses except for exceptional items 3 quarters ago and a small profit 2 quarters ago before going back into the red last quarter results. Will be interesting to see the financials coming out this month. If continue to make losses, the NTA will per share will go down and investors got better shares to get into. I will wait for the quarterly report before making a decision.
The 4 sens per share earning is due mainly to the Rm36.4 millions from land acquisition by the government. Without this one-off item, Dutaland earning should be in the red.
multiple resistance at 60c over last 5 years. once broken. it would be very powerful. from reliable source a tansri is very keen to buy the palm oil land at 73k per acres, total 12,000 acres. 880 million cash. i know bcos a fren of mine trying to b the broker. wakakakaka.
plantation worth 880m, kenny height worth 1 billion easily, plus others. mkt cap 500m, looks like a no brainer to privatised it like farlim.
so the next question is the GO price. rm 1.00? NTA is rm1.00
so the strategy maybe to push to 72c, suspend. offer at 1.00.
possible or not? i also donno. wakakaka.
