brendonyeap, i would say yes, definitely but you go and see the financial reports and the previous posts to know more about asiapac as a whole, its upcoming projects which are about to be completed and the future income stream. Then you decide by yourself then. You'd be excited with the future prospects for sure.

Ans : If the price cannot cross 0.23, the trend is side way. It can move side way for a long time.
If the price can cross 0.23, the price moves up very fast and you do not need to wait for a long time. This is called breakout.
You notice that most of my selections, the price must be breakout, otherwise, I will not recommend to buy.
In this case, I recommend to buy after the price closes higher than 0.23. Then you can buy next day at >=0.235.
This method is called Technical Analysis.
Hope it explains.
