Time to buy Bat , PE around 15 , dividend yield around 7 % , buy 1000 shares @ 19.00 , average down another 1000 @ 17.10 and 1000 @ 15.10 . Keep for rebound 23 or 24 or 26 . Good enough .

A lot of retail buyers still do not really understand the way of trading , buying or investing in shares in Bursa Malaysia .

For e.g , even if the share price is undervalued , if you buy , they will push down further to panic and shake out the retail buyers .

Sometimes if you want to buy at 15.00 , without any retail buyers buying from 19.0 , 18.0 , 17.0 or 16.00 , they won't press the share price down . 19.00 less 15.00 = 4.0
4.00 x 285 millions shares , means the market capitalisation will be reduced by 1140 millions .
