Has independence valuer hired for process of valuation? This counter is worth only one or two lots to try your luck. 2 lots worth RM 400, not a big gamble. Anyway Berjaya corp and Berjaya land are shit counters. VT is concentrated on his Berjaya auto, caring and berjaya food.
